Sprouted Green Beans/Moong Salad/Nutri Salad
Ingredients:
Sprouted Green Beans ( Moong ) 2 cups
Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
Onions chopped 1 cup
Cilantro chopped 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
Regular salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Lime juice 1 tablespoon
Sugar (optional)
Green chilly (optional)
Red chilly powder (optional)
Method:
Boil the sprouted Green Grams. Let them cool in a plate so that they won't get mashed while mixing with other ingredients. Now take a mixing bowl and add chopped onions , chopped tomatoes, chopped cilantro and add a little salt. Then add the boiled Green Grams along with chaat masala and a tablespoon of lime juice. If you want you can also add sugar to this. Now toss these ingredients lightly.For spicey food lovers they can add chopped green chilly or 1/2 teaspoon of red chilly powder.
Here , the nutritious Sprouted Green Gram Salad is ready.
